The company was founded in 1997 by David Cox who presently serves as CEO and Chief Operations Manager. Mr. Cox is a professional architect and a civil engineer with over 20 years experience in architectural design, civil engineering and construction working in the UK and Jamaica.

IDCDL specializes in designing, building and selling quality custom luxury homes and condominium units throughout the North Coast of Jamaica, in areas such as: Oracabessa, Boscobel, Tower Isle, Ocho Rios and Discovery Bay. This is in keeping with the current demand and forecasted trend of housing needs for professionals in the Jamaican tourism industry, Jamaicans returning from abroad and local residents moving out of the city. Our clients are primarily local professionals and returning residents from the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States.
